HARRYCARES ANNUAL CHRISTMAS EVENT:
HarryCares Christmas is an annual celebration to support children in-need during the holiday season.
This initiative creates a unique holiday experience and celebration for children from low-income families, providing them with a fun day of activities and gifts.

Since the inception of the HarryCares Christmas initiative, we have reached 85 children and 28 volunteers in Canada and Nigeria.
2024

On Dec. 14th we held our 5th annual HarryCares Christmas Event with children from Priesthood Orphanage Homein Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and on Christmas eve, Dec 24th we extended our Christmas giving to Lambada Community Children's Home Igboukwu, Anambra State, Nigeria

This event is geared towards giving children in need an opportunity to experience the joy the holiday season brings. This year we had the pleasure of celebrating with over 46 children (+5) from Priesthood Orphanage Home and Lampada Community Children's Home. The children enjoyed a fun filled day with lunch and small gifts provided to celebrate the holidays season.
2023

On Friday Dec. 15th we held our 4th annual HarryCares Christmas Event in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
We celebrated the holidays with 25 children from Savior Orphanage at Pleasure Park where they enjoyed a day of outdoor fun, a healthy lunch and ended the day with a new school bag and notebook for each child.
We want to thank our truly amazing group of 10 volunteers who put in countless hours to make this event such a success. We appreciate you! We also extend our gratitude to our donors who made this event possible.

We are so grateful to have celebrated with15 volunteers and 33 children from low-income families during our 3rd annual HCF Christmas Event. We are thank fun for everyone who have continued to support us.​​

​
We celebrated with 40 children (10 in Canada and 30 in Nigeria) from low income families. In Canada, we were able to celebrate and provide gifts to 10 children experiencing poverty and homeless at the Family Residence Shelter on December 15th in Scarborough, Ontario. In Nigeria, the event was held at Rutaland Family Park in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on December 11th.

2020
Our first annual HarryCares Christmas event we reached 20 children from low income families. The children enjoyed a fun filled day, with lunch and gifts at Pleasure Park in Port Harcourt on December 5th 2020.
